All public parks and playgrounds are closed in the Municipality of Kingston in accordance with the Stay at Home Order issued by Governor Wolf. The walking track at Church Street Park will remain open to the public in accordance with the Governor’s “Allowable Individual Activities.” Any person using the walking track is reminded to maintain

Payments and Correspondence The Municipality of Kingston has installed drop boxes at the front and side entrances to the Municipal Building. The drop boxes will be used to collect tax payments, parking ticket payments, and all correspondence for the administrative offices and police department. Please place all documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the
