Public Hearing – March 6, 2023

The Town Council of the Municipality of Kingston will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, March 6, 2023, at 7pm in Council Chambers, 500 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston, PA 18704.The purpose of the public hearing shall be to consider public input and comment on the proposed adoption of a new Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for the Municipality of Kingston. The proposed new Zoning Map includes zoning boundary delineations near Reese Park and Kevin’s Restaurant for potential commercial development at the site of the former Franconi Auto Parts and UGI Garage. The proposed new commercial zoning boundary delineation to the rear of the former Franconi Auto Parts store extends into Reese Park.

The Regular Voting Meeting of Municipal Council will follow the 7pm Public Hearing on Monday, March 6, 2023, in Council Chambers, 500 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston PA, 18704
