Kingston DPW will be paving Tioga Avenue from East Dorrance to James tomorrow 9/21/23 starting at 7 am. The road will be closed to all traffic.
We will be completing the block of Tioga from Lathrop to East Dorrance on Friday.
East Dorrance between the two will be scheduled for Monday.
