Kingston Community Pool

The Municipality of Kingston is accepting applications for seasonal employment at the Kingston Community Pool. The Kingston Community Pool is scheduled to open on June 10th and close on August 16th. Applications are being accepted for the positions of Lifeguard and Support Staff (includes maintenance and snack bar). Lifeguards will start at $11.00 an hour and Support Staff will start at $10.00 an hour.

To apply for a Support Staff position, applicants must be at least 15 years of age and applicants who wish to apply to become a Lifeguard must be at least 16 years of age. All applicants obtain Act 34 and 151 clearances. Lifeguards must possess all essential certifications. Hours

Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday noon to 8:00 pm. and Sunday 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

We have both public and private swimming lessons available.

All guests must have a waiver on file*. Anyone 18 or older must have a valid drivers license or state photo ID. If a guest is under 18 and does not possess a valid ID, a parent or guardian must fill out the waiver. (*The waiver is only good for the current season.)

THE KINGSTON COMMUNITY POOL ONLY ACCEPTS CASH OR CHECKS.

All Members will be required to provide Proof of Residency (Valid Drivers License or State Photo ID). A Copy of a Birth Certificate or Proof of Legal Guardianship is required for all minor children at the time of registration for membership – No Passports. Children under 2 are free.

NOTE: Residents and guests will be charged what is on their license or ID. If your ID does not have a Kingston address, please bring a current utility bill, mortgage or lease agreement.
