Public Hearing – Monday, October 2 at 7pm

The Town Council of the Municipality of Kingston will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 2, 2023, 7:00 p.m., at the Kingston Firehouse, 600 Wyoming Avenue, Kingston, Pennsylvania. The purpose of this hearing is for public comment on the proposed intermunicipal transfer of a liquor license from Mark Stemko t/a Palace Bar & Grill in Hazleton, to Kingston 1985, LLC, located at 174 United Penn Plaza, Kingston, PA (Bistro on the Ave), with expected hours of operation to be 4:30 – 11:00 p.m.
